To incorporate your company in Singapore, you will need to provide the following information:

  • A brief description of the company's business activities
  • The company's structure 
  • Suggested name of the company
  • Name of Director(s)
  • Name of Shareholder(s)
  • Passport Copy in colour 
  • Utility Bill (less than three months old) or
  • Bank Statement (less than three months old) or
  • Correspondence from a Government Agency (less than three months old) 

For Singapore residents: 

  • Proof of identity with a copy of a Singapore identity card and a proof of address other than your Singapore ID

If the shareholder of the company is a corporate shareholder, then we will require the following: 

  • Certificate of Incorporation
  • Articles Of Association of Company
  • Certificate of Incumbency
  • Official extract information showing the directors and shareholders of the company
  • Proof of Identity & Address of UBO(s)
  • Share Capital 
  • Consideration 
  • Number of Shares
