The following costs are involved when setting up a limited company in Singapore:

The incorporation fee: this fee only needs to be paid once, this is the fee the  government charges to incorporate a limited company.   

  • US$450 - Incorporation Fee 

The Corporate Secretary Services fee: this is a yearly fee and this includes -but is not limited to- the provision of a company secretary, local directors, a company health check, liquidation services, and registered office.
